It is not a space journey just very high altitude flight on very high price. I think it should be at least 250 km to call it real space flight and go around the earth at least five times to call it a journey and at least five billion yen to call it JTB.
The boundary of space is defined as 100km above the surface of the Earth. Check out the X-Prize private-sector space competitions held recently for more examples.
Actually, I didn't know how many kilometer is officially the boundary of space, but I didn't even take the trouble to check it out as I took 250 km as a reasonable distance for a nice view on the earth or as something I would personally consider a real space flight. I saw satellite pictures from 500 km, which gave the nicest view and still was close enough to see some details.
